Pemberton’s Blueberry Habanero Salsa

The combination makes for a beautiful and delicious summertime salsa. We start with Wild Maine Blueberries, and toss it in juicy diced tomatos , onion, peppers, and jalapenos along with out secret spice blend!. We mix in some of our house orange marmalade to marry all the flavors, add Cilantro, Garlic, and finish with habanero peppers and a pinch of vinegar! Try topping this over some grilled chicken, a pork tenderloin or some lamb chops for some deliciously unique flavors!
